In 2000, I took out a loan with Beneficial. I have documents to prove that I borrowed from Beneficial.

I want to know if it's too late to sue Caliber Loan. Beneficial turned me over to them in 2016. I did not know what was going on. I was taken advantage of.

I gave (sent) money to Caliber Loan from 2016 until 2019.

I called Caliber Loan and told them I was going to hire an attorney, that's when their agency called me and told me my mortgage was paid off in 2015 and I would receive a letter stating it was paid off in full. I found a letter from Beneficial in August 2014 stating I owed $400.00.

In 2000 I took a loan out with beneficial. I over paid beneficial they turn me over to Caliber loan in 2016.

I really did not notice what was going on. I have documents how Caliber loan was taking my money, they crewed up my credit and my daughter. In 2019 that is when I called them and told I was going to hire attorney, they sent me a letter paid in full.

I thought they would of paid me back no luck on that. I receive they multiple letters they was going to foreclosed and I missed 11 payments, our credit was damage of these lies.

I paid off my loan, but I am not sure if I received all my proper paperwork. I cannot get anyone on the phone because I do not have a current account.

I just want to verify exactly what paperwork I should have received after paying off the loan. I was thinking that I should have received a Deed or Title, which I have not. My account number was 970224****. Can someone please contact me to verify?

Why can I not contact anyone there unless I have a current account? That doesn't make sense.

the person I bought it from said it was paid off. The Lienholder on it is CIT Group Sales, which is no longer around.

I paid more than 20% of my loan. I contacted several times for now regarding mortgage insurance removal. I never received the letter that this company sent.

I send all my bills thru PNC. Caliber still has not cashed my check after 12 days.

This happened before causing me to stop payment on a supposedly lost check.

They do not have electronic payment from pnc bank and wont give me a list of banks that do have electronic payment. I feel as though they want to double dip from my account other wise I would do automatic payments

I spoke with Kendre ID number A4B who was absolutely rude and disrespectful to me through out our call. She yelled over me and refused to let me speak to someone else or answer my questions. Not sure if she was having a bad day or what but her behavior was so unprofessional and I do NOT recommend doing business with a company who employs this type of employer

Husband sent online pmt to someone else. They contacted me and sent it back.

I sent caliber mtg pmt Husband panicked & sent mtg pmt to caliber. Caliber now had 2. I asked for one pmt back. They sent it back.

Then said I was late again.

It was an accounting nightmare. Round & round in circles.

This recent call was an eye opener. My husband died 1/8/2019.

I reached out to them the week he died and got them the death certificate after hours on hold to speak to someone.

I gave them my contact info.

Today after 3.5 hours, and explaining why I called to three different people, I found out none of my contact info was entered. They still had my husbands cell and email.

Both have been cancelled in 2019!

This is unacceptable!

I need to talk to someone not a recording or just texting.

I am trying to get connected to send payments on the internet

Call in Services is horrible. I was hung up on 4 times.

The electronic operator did not recognize my account number (electronically entered) or telephone number. Change your system to one that can access a personal representative up front on answering the call. The system just repeats itself over and over. In an attempt to press a number, as instructed, to reach a representative I get disconnected.

After an hour I finally was able to get through to a representative, but then I had to be transferred to another party.

I waited online, but after 15 minutes I was disconnected.

The loan officer gave me the wrong loan. I asked for a ten-year loan and was given 15.

He charged me points and charged me for two credit reports when I gave him both loans at the same time, I have tried to reach the loan officer 5 times for further clarification to no avail. He has not returned any calls. I am waiting and confused and don't know how to proceed. He told me he is going to rewrite the loan.

I still have not heard from him to date. I have now canceled the loan because it wasn't the loan I asked for.

This loan would not benefit me if you added it up yourself you would find it was gouging. Should need any additional information please call Gregory Jackson 312-719-****.
