my very first payment was cashed by Caliber loans on 6/15/2117, then on 6/18/2017, I was billed again for my June payment, three days after cashing my check, I contacted Caliber customer service, talked to Cinthya ID 5666, could not give a honest answer!!!!! just keep on that I was late in my payment....My statemen, dated 07/18/2017 for the month of July is due till 08/01/2017, Cinthia insisted that my payment was due 07/01/2017, even when the statement was dated 7/18/2017!!!!!! and due on 08/01/2017....A very rude customer service person...I am a new customer with Caliber Home Loans, if this is an example of the service, I wonder what I am going to do, maybe refinance with another company, I will report this situation to the VA Dept, my loan is a VA loan.....Just a point of information about the billing at Caliber Home Loans....
