Last month Caliber began charging a $3.50 transaction fee for every online payment. There has been absolutely no response to my inquiry about this additional charge that has been implemented out of nowhere.

This is truly outrageous. My loan was purchased by this company; I had no choice in the matter. And now I (and all of the other mortgage customers) are being gouged on a monthly basis. And to save you the math.

. .any new customer with a 15-year loan will be charged $1,260.00 in these transaction fees. If a customer were to have a 30-year mortgage. .

.$2,520.00 in ridiculous fees. I would never utilize this company again and am actively looking to refinance elsewhere.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $672.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Not true Ray, I just sent them a complaint. I have it withdrawn from my savings account and they have hit me the last two months

You can set up on line payments with no charges or fees added.

That is not true. Now even online payments are now charged the fee. It is just pure greed, they know you can't do anything about it.

I have a loan with them. they only charge you if you make 1-time online payments.

If you use online bill pay through your bank (you can pay any day or time free that way), or if you set up auto draft, or if you mail it in, then you are not charged anything. every company in America charges you a fee for 1-time online payments.

that is because they are charged that fee when you do it. I have been paying my loans with no charges with no problems.
